New Request | Small Parcel Return

Our standard recycling boxes are 38cm x 38cm and 72cm high. They are supplied in packs of 3 and can each hold around 15 – 25 items.
Our recycling service is designed to be environmentally-friendly, commercially viable and convenient, so we ask that you use the standard box service if possible.

Even if you only use a small number of printer cartridges, it is still the preferred option to use our recycling boxes, to save up at least 15 items and return them through our box collection service, rather than sending individual items or small parcels.

However, if you cannot use our box service and require a “Small Parcel” solution, you are able to book and pay for a parcel return of your items to our recycling facility.

Step-by-Step
  1. You will need to confirm this request below and wait until you receive a valid Parcel Return Reference Number from our recycling facility.
  2. When you have received the Reference Number, you will need to book your parcel return online with the Royal Mail (or other courier) at: https://send.royalmail.com/
  3. The return destination is: WBM Ltd., Adelaide Mill, Gould Street, Oldham, OL1 3LL
    Please ensure you include the Parcel Return Reference Number on the label / parcel or it will be refused at our facility and returned to you at your cost.
  4. You will need to package your item(s) securely.
  5. Depending on the parcel service you choose, you may need to print the postage label and attach it to the parcel(s).
  6. Finally, take the parcel(s) to the drop-off location (or await collection if booked).
  7. If the correct postage is not paid, the parcel will be returned to you at your cost.

This is the quantity of parcels you are sending to us. You may fit more than one item in a parcel – please check with your courier about the maximum parcel size and weight.
